Staying in Abilene for Summit

We hope you enjoy your time in Abilene while you’re here for Summit! Here are some special Summit hotel rates and recommendations for lodging, dining, and things around ACU.

Lodging

We have noticed that hotel prices are higher than in previous years, as a result we have procured a block of rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton (Abilene Downtown Convention Center). The special ACU Summit rate is $209/night plus local and state taxes for a king bed guest room. If this is something you're interested in, you can book through the link below:

  • Online: Use this HOTEL RESERVATION LINK to book your stay. (The link will default to Oct. 6-9. Select “Edit Stay” near the top right of the page to adjust dates, as needed.)

    • The Abilene Convention and Visitors Bureau is generously subsidizing the cost of the rooms. When you reserve your room, the price will show as $259/night. However, upon payment at check in, you will be charged the reduced rate of $209/night.

  • Phone: Call the hotel directly at 325-999-1878 and mention ACU Summit for the special rate.

Special note: This block of rooms is good until September 15 at 11:55 p.m. Central Time or once all rooms are booked. Additionally, please call the hotel directly to add your Hilton Honors information or to request a different length of stay.
