Staying in Abilene for Summit

Lodging

We have noticed that hotel prices are significantly higher than in previous years, as a result we have procured a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn and Suites Abilene I-20. The special ACU Summit rate is $199/night plus local and state taxes (15%). If this is something you're interested in, you can book through one of the following options:

  • Online: Use this hotel reservation link to book two nights for Oct. 8-10, 2025.

  • Phone: Call the hotel directly at 325-673-4400 and mention ACU Summit for the special rate.

Special note: This block of rooms is good until September 22 at 11:55pm Central Time or once all rooms are booked. Additionally, please call the hotel directly to add your Hilton Honors information or to request a different length of stay.
