Refund and Substitution Policy
ACU Summit, Fall 2023
REFUNDS
If you are unable to attend Summit, please cancel your registration by emailing summit@acu.edu or calling 325-674-3722. If you cancel by September 26, 2023, we will issue you a full refund less a small processing fee. Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your refund. We will not issue refunds after September 26 except in cases of emergency.
SUBSTITUTIONS
If you cannot make it but would like to send someone else in your place, please email their information to summit@acu.edu.

To honor our community facilitators’ preparations, please ensure the person coming in your place is interested in attending the same Summit community for which you registered. To enable our team to make appropriate adjustments, we must receive substitution requests no later than October 9. Substitutions cannot be made at the door.
