Introducing Becca Steele

The Siburt Institute welcomes new Operations Coordinator, Becca Steele

We are pleased to introduce our newest team member, Becca Steele. As Operations Coordinator, Becca will support our event initiatives (including Summit, ElderLink, CMI, and Selah), coordinate internal communications, provide direct administrative support to our associate director, Dr. David Kneip, and manage our financial and budgeting activities. 

A graduate of ACU, Becca holds a bachelor’s degree in English. Prior to joining the team, she spent more than 12 years working in corporate marketing with a focus on content management and communications. Her experience and organizational skillset will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our team. 

Becca and her husband, Bradley, have two young children. As a family in ministry, they are passionate about the work we do in support of churches and ministers here at the Siburt Institute. 

Outside of the office, she enjoys being active at her church home, University Church of Christ; discovering what West Texas will (and will not) allow her to grow in her garden; and making frequent trips to the Abilene Zoo with her family. She is excited to be part of the team and looks forward to supporting our mission and community.
